Sleeping Draught is a potion that causes the drinker to fall immediately into a deep temporary sleep. It's effects can be countered with a Wideye Potion.

Ingredients
- 2 spoonfuls Flobberworm Mucus
- 4 sprigs Lavender
- 4 Valerian Sprigs
- 8 measures Standard Ingredient
- 1 cup Standard Potioning Water
Brewing Instructions
Part 1
- Add the water to the cauldron.
- Add the Flobberworm mucus to the cauldron.
- Add 2 measures of standard ingredient to the cauldron.
- Heat on low for 1 minute.
- Crush the lavender and add to the cauldron.
- Mash 4 measures of standard ingredient into a creamy paste and add to the cauldron.
- Cover and leave to brew for 70 minutes.

Part 2
- Uncover then add 2 measures of standard ingredient to the cauldron.
- Heat on a high temperature for 1 minute.
- Add the valerian to the cauldron.
- Stir 7 times, clockwise, until dark purple in colour.
Dangers
There no none dangers associated with attempting to brew this potion.
There is NOTHING in this potion that will cause it to explode, create a toxic fume, or create a foul odour, or any other dangers that are NOT listed on this page.
Effects
When drank, this potions puts the drinker to sleep right away, regardless of their location. It cannot be resisted by normal means. However drinking a Wideye Potion before hand can prevent this potion's effects. Larger beings and creatures require larger amounts in order for this potion to be effective. Note that this potion does NOT last indefinite and the drinker will wake up after a period of time, depending on the potency and amount drank.
OOC Information
This potion requires a Potions Skill Level of 15 in order to be a chance at a successful brew. If your Potions Skill is not at least 15, then it has a high chance of being a failed attempt or producing a dud.
